About Me
In addition to being a certified hypnotherapist and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, I am an ordained minister, mother, artist, writer, and animal lover. I have worn many hats, tried many trades, and have dozens of hobbies. These life experiences inform and enrich my understanding of people, emotions, and spirit. I try to provide and maintain a warm, supportive container for my clients to work from.
I assist clients with a wide range of problems or areas of focus, but have a particular interest in assisting people who are wanting to work on healing trauma, improve or better understand themselves in relationship to others, and/or are interested in exploring their life path and live with more authenticity and intentionality.
I was diagnosed with CFS/ME when I was in my early 20s. A decade later, I found resolution for my chronic debilitating fatigue and fibromyalgic pain through the combined therapies of Naturopathic medicine and Depth Hypnosis. I was so inspired by the transformation and healing Depth Hypnosis brought into my life, I decided to become a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner in the hopes of bringing the same healing to others who suffer from mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical problems.
During my training, classes, and self-work, I have seen firsthand how rapid and effective Depth Hypnosis can be for so many different types of problems. It is an honor and a privilege to bring this method of transformation and healing to others.
My practice is a safe space for all beings, and I enjoy helping people to live with authenticity in a world that doesn’t always accomodate or appreciate that. I welcome neurodiverse and LGBTQ communities wholeheartedly.
